Hi, I'm Erica Bazzell! I've been a part of the fitness industry since 2009, when I obtained my personal training certification. I've since added to my wealth of knowledge by teaching group fitness classes, obtaining over 20 additional certifications, completing her Masters in Applied Nutrition, and learning the art of massage therapy.
As a certified Master Trainer through YogaFit Inc, I've been teaching yoga classes since 2010. Among my experience, I've completed both my 200RYT and 500RYT, and hold specialty certifications in Whole Body Holistic Wellness and Yoga for Athletes.
My main goal is to empower people to engage in practicing yoga no matter their skill level. Classes range from Power, All Level Flow, Gentle Flow, or anything in between. You can take a pop up class with me, or schedule your own class, workshop, or private yoga session!
Shortly after graduating from New York Institute of Massage at the top of my class, I received my license in massage therapy in 2018.
I've been in practice and serving massage clients since May 2018. I offer a wide range of massage types and packages, making it easy to pinpoint your exact needs!

I received my Masters in Applied Nutrition from Canisius College in 2016. My focus is on making healthy choices with an "everything in moderation" philosophy.
My primary goal is to educate on healthy eating, but also empower clients to make choices for themselves. There is nothing wrong with enjoying the food you eat, and eating the food you enjoy.

I have been working in the fitness industry since 2009. Before starting Power of 3 Wellness and training clients privately, I worked at various gyms in the Buffalo area.
My credentials include a personal training certification through AFAA (Now certified through NASM not AFAA) and a Group Fitness Instructor Certification through ACE. I am able to work with you one-on-one, in small group training sessions, or create a custom workout plan for you to do on your own.
I am certified in Les Mills Body Pump, Body Flow, Core, RPM, and Sprint, CardioYoga, and more. My offerings include virtual courses as well, allowing convenience for those who have a jam packed schedule!
Running has always been an outlet of mine! I ran my first 5k in 2010, and have since run over 15 half marathons and 8 full marathons, along with countless shorter races.
