Swedish Massage
Relaxing Massage

Swedish Massage

This style of massage therapy promotes relaxation.  It uses long gliding strokes to release tension from the muscle tissue and provide a calming effect to the client.

Available session lengths: 60 minutes

Deep Tissue

Therapeutic Massage

This style of massage therapy might also be known as medical or deep tissue massage.  Its purpose is to alleviate discomfort in the body, most likely caused by tightness in the muscles.  It uses a variety of strokes to really get into the muscle tissue.  Don't be fooled by the name, deep tissue doesn't mean that it has to be painful! Bruises from this kind of massage are NOT the norm.

Available session lengths: 30, 45, 60, and 90 minutes

Aromatherapy

Herbal Oils

This service uses therapeutic grade essential oils to enhance the massage experience.

There are options available to promote relaxation, energy, muscle relief, immunity, headache relief, and respiratory relief, among others.

Aromatherapy can be added onto any massage service or you can book a 45 minute Aromatouch experience.

Cupping

Cupping

Myofascial decompression, commonly known as cupping, is a way to get deeper into the muscle tissue without having to use more pressure.  It helps to separate the layers of muscle tissue to provide relief in areas we think of as "knotted."

Cupping also helps to bring toxins out of the muscle tissue and to the surface under the skin.  This is why it often leaves marks that look like bruises on the skin.  These marks are NOT bruises, and do not hurt to touch - you'll most likely forget that they're even there!

Cupping can be added to any therapeutic massage service.

Hot Stone

Hot Himalayan Salt Stone Massage

Himalayan Salt

Hot stone massage is another way to get deeper into the muscle tissue while provided an enhanced feeling of relaxation.  Using Himalayan salt stones adds benefits of exfoliating the skin, and reducing feelings of anxiety.

Hot stones can be added to any therapeutic massage service to be used on one area of the body, or can be booked as its own service for full body use.

Reflexology

Foot Reflexology

Reflexology uses pressure points on the feet to affect other areas of the body.  Each part of the body corresponds with a spot on the bottom of the feet.  If we can treat the spot on the foot, we can help to alleviate issues with that part of the body.

Available session length: 30 minutes

Scalp

Deep Conditioning Head & Scalp Massage

Head Massage

This service massages a leave in conditioner into the scalp, as well as accupressure points on the face and head to promote relaxation, and relieve tension.

This service can be added onto any Swedish or therapeutic massage service (you can also ask about a 15 minute add on option if available, so you don't cut into your regular massage time!), or it can be booked as its own stand alone 30 minute service.
