60 minute session to discuss nutrition habits and goals. There is paperwork to fill out prior to the appointment that will be emailed to you.
All nutrition clients MUST begin with a consultation.
Counseling Follow Up
This 45 minute session discusses progress from last appointment, evaluates where the client currently stands nutritionally toward meeting their goals, and further adjustments can be made.
*A Nutrition Consultation MUST be completed before a follow up.
