My 6 month mastermind for women who are done with feeling stuck and ready to regain control of their health, their energy, and their lives. This program banks on the ripple effect of wellness - that all eight areas of wellness affect each other - and teaches you strategies and tools for all areas, not just the physical like so many other programs do.
Balanced Body Bootcamp
This twelve week intensive is for the woman who knows she needs something to change, but has no idea where to start. This program takes you through seven modules to grasp the basics in physical wellness, personal finances, and schedule management - the three things I hear most that women needs help with.
You know exactly what your goals are, but need someone to write you the program aka the steps to get it done. This service includes a 30 minute 1:1 call to discuss your needs, and will result in a custom program for whatever wellness journey you are working on - marathon, half marathon, balanced workouts, increase muscle, weight loss, and more
This service is from someone who kind of knows what they're doing but is looking for some guidance to tweak and make better progress toward their goals. This includes one 50 minute 1:1 call to discuss what's working, and what's not, and get some suggestions for overcoming obstacles.
